Aldo Amparán is the author of Brother Sleep (Alice James Books, 2022), winner of the 2020 Alice James Award. They are the recipient of fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts & CantoMundo. Their work has been published in the Academy of American Poets' Poem-a-Day, Poetry Magazine, Best New Poets, Kenyon Review, New England Review, Ploughshares, & elsewhere. They are currently a Visiting Professor of Creative Writing.
